The PPA is a tool of great value in recruitment, performance management and and for the Outplacement Solutions we provide.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The <strong>General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) <\/strong>measures an individual\u2019s aptitude in five key areas: Reasoning; Perceptual Speed; Number Speed and Accuracy; Word Meaning; and Spatial Visualisation. It helps ensure a person is sufficiently challenged, identifies potential leaders with the skills to effect change, and measures mental capacity, problem solving and adaptability.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The <strong>Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQ)<\/strong> measures 15 emotional traits concerning, Well-Being, Control, Emotionality and Sociability.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>These tools add a greater depth to the understanding of people, how they think and behave.
