IN-HOUSE TALENT ACQUISITION – We have sat on-site with companies providing an in-house Talent Acquisition service. We have managed the entire process, working with the company’s finance team to scope out the headcount plans for the year ahead, helping in design job descriptions, sourcing, screening and selecting candidates, both internal and external. We support the Hiring Manager’s during the interview and offer management process, conduct Competency Based Interviewing, project managing attendance at recruitment fairs, designing, delivering and facilitating Assessment Centres and working with the Comp & Bens teams to construct the right package to move to offer.

We have sat on-site managing the Talent Acquisition needs, as an in-house service for companies across a range of sizes and industries, from start ups of just 25 people strong, to the whole EMEA region with over 3,000 employees and across countries as disparate as the UK, Finland, Romania, US, Japan, India and the Czech Republic for an organisation we saw grow from 420 staff to 1,800 through organic growth and acquisition, in just 3 years.

The career level of roles has ranged from Apprentices and Graduate Intake, through to second jobs, Line Management and C-Suite. We have helped grow R&D teams, banks of nurses, created new Contact Centres and hired one-off roles. The typical charging structure is an agreed monthly, daily or even annual rate.

PROJECT BASED RESOURCING SOLUTIONS was a term we adopted after working on-site with a Digital Cinema company. They had a need for over 20 heads in a 4 month period, we ended up on the project for longer, having filled the first 20 roles in 3 months we had another 30 roles released to us. We sat on-site for part of the week, sourced, screened, conducted the “HR” interview and project managed the recruitment from sign off for the role through to inducting the candidates. Other projects have included providing on-site recruitment for a 100 person call centre, recruitment of 50 Field and Switch Technicians, a team of Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialists, A new HR team of 5 including the Chief People Officer, Head of Comp & Bens, and HR Administrator. Projects may initially be for a few weeks or months.The typical pricing option for the Project Based Resourcing Solution is a combination of a retainer and a success fee.

The typical charge is based on a percentage of the starting salary on a “no win-no fee” basis.
